What you greet every morning!!!

What you greet every morning!!! After careful consideration I have come to the realization that, what you think about early morning is very crucial to your entire life throughout the day. The thought of some past mistake alone can ruin your entire day. Sometimes I hear people say “something I just remembered has really spoil my day”. In his book titled ‘Good morning, Holy Spirit’ , Pastor Benny Hinn narrated how he deliberately and consciously had a personal encounter with the Holy Spirit to the extent of greeting him every morning he wakes up. What do you greet every morning? Is it some past mistakes, failures, sorrow, bitterness and the like? Enough of those thoughts! Such is life; you are prone to failures and setbacks. We have to make our own mistakes and learn our own lessons. Get the courage today and fill your mind with issues of prosperity, success, joy and freedom every morning. And when you’re asked the secret of your progress, tell them w...

ARTICLE SHS 1-4; LIFE IS NOT A FUN FAIR!!!

ARTICLE SHS 1-4; LIFE IS NOT A FUN FAIR!!! There is a purpose for everything under the universe. The sun shines to provide light during the day likewise the moon during the night. Though both of them provides light, they don’t wait for each other before producing the needed light. During my senior high school days, there used to be an annual program called ‘fun fair’ where colleagues from several schools all over the country come together to have fun with friends through entertainment(I don’t know if it is still organized). Other colleagues also ‘just’ accompany their friends, hang around and go back at the end of the program without accomplishing any task. Thus they wouldn’t have gone but for following their friends’ sake; achieving nothing, nothing at all... Unfortunately so many people live their lives as if they are accompanying their friends on this planet. They are always ready to go anywhere. Today they are here. Tomorrow, there. One day...

What ‘the blood’ can do!!!

What ‘the blood’ can do!!! Dedicated to my lovely cousin whose name you will come across as you read…   Usually performers who play various roles like drama, choreography, poetry reciting etc., in the course of a program   take time to rehearse carefully what they intend doing during the program in order to correct any necessary errors which may occur before the main show. This does not apply to life; life is not a rehearsals. You have only one chance to have good time with family and friends; there is no such opportunity after life on this earth. Quite recently a cousin of mine did not even know the surname I was using and many more. The only thing I can tell her was “our parents have caused us greater loss and harm which need to be terminated with immediate effect”. Anita wept deeply and that’s when I realized what ‘the blood’ can do . Not surprising the blood of one man, Christ Jesus, can cure the greatest problem of man; sin. If...

Don’t be a spectator!!!

Don’t be a spectator!!!   In a football match, there are a lot of people who goes to enjoy the fund of the game and cheer their funds up; they are spectators! Meaning they do not actually play a specific role in the game itself. There has never been a history in the entire universe where a spectator has been awarded the best player in a competition, and it will never ever happen. Spectators can jump, scream the most, paint themselves in the colours of their team and many more, but they will never receive the crown as best players. Why? It’s very simple they are just spectators, spectators and spectators.  Unfortunately so many people are spectators everywhere; on Facebook, WhatsApp, twitter, name them. And the sad aspect of it is, they still want to apply the same concept in the real world; doing nothing, nothing at all. Beloved make good use of every opportunity and don’t be a spectator because spectators never win. …..Daniel Odoi©…..

Start work!!!

Start work!!!   In the examination room, there are certain rules you need to follow. One of such rules is to wait patiently until you are told to start work. Sometimes some students don’t start on time because they couldn’t pay careful attention when the siren was rang for starting work or were even paying attention but couldn’t hear the announcement, leading to poor performance. All I am saying is there are rules and you are obliged to follow them. This applies to the journey of life as well; there are rules and you need to follow them:   you really need to get started in order to get things moving. The Law of Cause and Effect states that everything happens for a reason; there is a cause for every effect.   This implies that, as long as you stay idle all things remain stagnant. Unfortunately so many people are comfortably siting, standing or even lying down on their own way to success, thinking someone will pull them with a rope to their destination. Belo...
